A valid credit card is preferred for security deposit purposes. In some cases, we may accept alternative forms of guaranteed deposit, please check with us ahead of booking.

Yes, additional drivers are permitted if they meet the same eligibility requirements (age, license, etc.). A small admin fee may apply.

Absolutely. We provide professional chauffeurs so you can relax and enjoy the ride, perfect for events, corporate travel, or when you prefer not to drive.

Typically, you will need:
- Valid driver’s license (UAE or international)
- Passport or Emirates ID
- Credit card for security deposit

We accept valid international driving licenses from many countries, provided the license is in English or Arabic, or accompanied by a certified translation.

The deposit protects against fines, damages, or fuel discrepancies. If the car is returned in good condition and all charges are cleared, the deposit is refunded or released per agreement terms.

Salik is Dubai’s electronic toll system. Each time the vehicle passes through a toll gate, a AED 5 charge is incurred. These tolls are recorded and billed at the end of your rental period.

The car is delivered with a full tank. You must return it with the same fuel level. If not, refueling charges plus a service fee may apply.

Stop immediately, do not move the vehicle, call the police, file a report, and notify Rivalta. If you’re at fault, you will be responsible for the insurance excess and repair costs as per the agreement.

You are responsible for all parking fees, traffic violations, and related fines incurred during the rental period. These may be deducted from your deposit or charged afterward.
